Carol's Market is Newcastle's Hidden Gem--It used to be "Newcastle's Best Kept Secret" but during the last 15 years Carol's has grown to be a hub for convenient ready-made meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) for travelers, essential and many of us not-so essential workers, and the community.  During the week we are open at 4 am for many of the local workers and those passing through our area! Even the border towns and communities rely on Carol's convenient hours, and being open 365 days a year!
